Please note that icy or snowy mornings may result in a delay in opening the office. Please call ahead if you need us! Also, our amazing grounds crew work tirelessly to clear the roads, but please use an abundance of caution, as there may still be icy areas!

Just an hour from Manhattan, Hillside Cemetery is located in the hills of northern Westchester County. Hillside has served as the final resting place for people from all walks of life for nearly two centuries.
Hillside is a non-sectarian cemetery governed by the laws of the State of New York. We offer traditional burial as well as mausoleum crypts. Those choosing cremation have the choice of mausoleum niches or cremation graves. One of our staff will be happy to meet with you to walk the grounds, explore these options, and answer questions you may have.
Recent legislation in New York State now permits pet owners to bury the cremated remains of their pet animals with them. We recognize the importance of pets to their owners, and we are pleased to now be able to offer this service.
Visitors are welcome from Dawn to Dusk
